ABOUT
Maddie Corinne is a Toronto based Singer/Songwriter originally from Pickering, ON.
With a large range of influences, whether it be mega-lyricists like Taylor Swift or strong-willed up-and-comers like Lainey Wilson, Corinne has written songs for many Canadian indie artists, and began releasing her own music in 2022. Her debut EP “emotions are weird.” was released in March of 2023, produced by CMAO-nominated producer Shawn Moore out of Waterloo, ON.
Her debut single “Salt” has been spinning on Sirius XM’s Top of the Country for almost 2 years now, and her sophomore single “Overrated” spent 2 straight weeks at #1 on the Canadian Indie Country Charts.
In 2023, her music took her to Nashville where she recorded her second project at Blackbird Studios. Her most recent single from that project is the country murder song you have always dreamed of - “Spillin’ Red Wine” was written by Corinne and Jessica Sole, and tells the story of a woman taking matters into her own hands once she discovered her husband's infidelity.
Corinne has also written for many Canadian artists - her first release as a co-writer was in July of 2022 with "In The Name of Tequila", by Ontario artist Jessica Sole.
Not only does Corinne work in the industry as an artist, but her work as an Events Manager has allowed her to bring tons of amazing live music events to life! She has been the lead events manager for "Harmoniafest", a music festival created and organized by Nicole Rayy in partnership with CMAOntario. She has also been an events coordinator for "Feeling 22: A Live Tribute to Taylor Swift", in partnership with Part of That Music and Cineplex.
Stay tuned for more music releases in 2024!
